Protect exists to remove your data from broker sites. We handle your information as carefully as we handle everyone else's.
What we collect
We collect the personal details you provide during onboarding — name, address history, age range, phone number, and email. This is the minimum needed to identify and match your records on broker sites. We do not collect payment information during the alpha.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to search broker sites for your listings and submit opt-out requests on your behalf. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the removal workflow.
How we store it
All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your identifying information is handled in an isolated layer that is separate from operational systems. We do not use third-party AI services to process your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the broker sites being targeted for removal — and only to the extent required to submit an opt-out request. We do not sell, license, or share your data with any other party.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your personal information within 14 days and confirm when it's done.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or close your account at any time. Email us at privacy@protect.so and we'll respond within 5 business days.
